Can we add "Favorite" option on Knowledge Articles for ease of accessibility

Is there any Out-of-box approach available to enable "Favorite" option for Knowledge Articles, where team members can bookmark/mark as favorite and can easily access them when they need to refer back?

Hi,

I think you can use the same standard of out-of-the-box notion of "Flagged" articles in the table Knowledge Feedback.

https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/london-servicenow-platform/page/product/knowledge-management/refe...

You can easily adapt the widget and enable such feature 🙂

Hope this will help you!

Hi Anais,

Flagging Article is something like informing knowledge managers that content is incorrect. But we are looking at Bookmarking Articles that I want to come back and refer later.

Hi Sanket,

I have same problem as 'aric.wilber' comment in post; I am seeing blank lines without any title or url.
