I have a simple report (Bar type), showing Average Business Elapsed Time by Priority. Grouped with Standard Deviation for Business Elapsed Time of resolved Cases. So, this is the report with 2 data sets.
Let's take the example for P4 priority. When I position my mouse on Standard Deviation I can see 50.98%
When I position my mouse on Average Business Elapsed Time bar, I can see 53.27%.
I do not understand these numbers.
If I'm looking on P4 as in my example, the max % for me could be 100%. And in my case I have more than that. how it's possible? What these % indicates ?
