Change approval history

Hi,

Can someone please help me on how to create a report to track the duration a change request is with approvers?

Hi @vivianlowra 

There is a field on the task table called "approval_set". This should be populated with a date/time when a record has been approved and  corresponding to your change_request Record .

You can report on the span from the field opened.

You can also create a metric to calculate the duration for easier reporting.
