Change Ticket View in CSM Portal

Hi Everyone ,

 

I could see following ticket view after submitting case in CSM portal. This is appearing in PDI instance but i am  not able to find the same view in my company instance. Can anyone let me know how to change ticket view.

Check if the page route map from ticket to standard_ticket is disabled or not. If disabled, make it active
