Child case not getting close

Hi 

 

As per ServiceNow documentation if we close parent case then all associated child should auto close but it is not happening. What could be the possible reason.

Hi @Prakash_S ,

 

there are two properties which you need to check.

  1. parent_child_ case_sync - Make sure it has "true" value
  2. case_fields_to_sync - Make sure state field is part of this property
