Hi
As per ServiceNow documentation if we close parent case then all associated child should auto close but it is not happening. What could be the possible reason.

Hi @Prakash_S ,
there are two properties which you need to check.
- parent_child_ case_sync - Make sure it has "true" value
- case_fields_to_sync - Make sure state field is part of this property
