I am planning to take Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) exam for CSM, ITFM, VR (Vulnerability Response) and HRSD over the period of next 2 months. Would appreciate if someone can provide any relevant documents, study material, sample questions, data dumps etc in this regard. Thanks in advance.

There are also courses available from ServiceNow on CSM Fundamentals and Implementation. Both of these can assist you with preparing for the CIS exam, as well as any relevant experience in the platform working as an admin or performing CSM implementations.
If you look over the blueprints as Jace suggested, you can focus on the areas most relevant to the test and which you might be the least comfortable. Using your personal developer instance (https://developer.servicenow.com) you can also walk through the various parts of the CSM application.
Good luck on your testing!!!

Thanks Simon. I did browse through the trainings available, but they are very costly, plus their timing/slots might be a constraint. I had some material for CSA which was very helpful when I cleared it last week. So trying to find something on CIS certifications now. Another challenge is, this is the 1st time CIS has been divided this way. So, getting bit challenging to find relevant material in this context.
