Clickable link on RITM variable

Hi,

I want to add clickable link on RITM and Task forms.

1. Created read-only HTML type variable but it is coming in box with -/+ signs and white box, is there any way to remove it?

2. Tried URL type variable, but it is not clickable on the backend form.

3. Tried widget/Rich label Text, but it is not showing on the backend form.

4. Tried macro, field/link is not visible on the form after form loads.

Can you please help me to configure this

"Rich text label" variable type Field works on PDI.

Because of some restrictions on company instance, Rich text label is not displayed on RITM form.

So I configured a read-only "single line text" and configured Help text to display link. Made field is Hidden on the form as I wanted link to be displayed only on RITM and Task.

I would suggest the "Rich text label" variable type.
It will provide you with a HTML editor where you can add a link.

I tried Rich label text as well. But it is not visible on ritm/task form

A Rich Text Label should show on TASK and RITM. In the Task, ensure that it is part of the variables that are being shown in the Task. Do you perhaps have a UI Policy hiding the variable in RITM and Task?

Thank you for the response.

I don't have any UI policy on that field, still it is not visible on both RITM and Task forms.

Though it came up once, I am not sure what is changing it
