Code formatting missing when added through "add code sample" Button from rich text editor

We have implemented rich text editor on our CSM portal while viewing cases

Widget in use- CSM Standard Ticket Conversation

Angular providers  for the above widget - spTiny

Post implementation the code sample button was missing. So we added it under spTiny angular taking help from the below article

support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0688828

But post implementation code formatting is not working [attaching screenshots].

Any lead or help much appreciated.
