Hi Team,

When i click on Reports on portal in test and UAT environment, below is the error i am getting. In Dev environment it is working fine. Can someone assist the possible causes of this issue?

First, adjust the conditions of reports to make sure it is showing less number of records and try to load the page. It is a common problem when we have so many reports trying to get large number of records from database.

Hi,

There are almost same number of records to the reference table in Dev and test environment. In Dev, it is working perfectly.
