Configuring system messages in Agent chat

Hi All,

 

Does anyone have idea on how to configure  custom system messages in Agent chat (Workspace) via scripts

Hi @Vasantharajan N ,

 

Within the agent chat , the agent can only be able to send 5 messages for a particular message from end user

So here I want to indicate the message count via system messages. So that it wont be visible for end users
