How Translate Email in the activity stream on CSM Workspace ?

I have implemented dynamic translation in my instance, allowing me to translate fields like the short description and description on the native form, as well as entries in the activity stream.

In the CSM workspace, however, the translate option is not available for emails within the activity stream, though it does appear for additional comments. How can I enable the translation option for emails in the CSM workspace?

I am also facing the same issue? Did you reach to ServiceNow Support?

we  have reached out service team and they have informed that currently this feature is not available.
