Confluence AI Search integration

Hi everyone,
we are working on configuring AI Search in our ServiceNow instance (Xanadu version) to include external content, specifically articles from Confluence Cloud, in the search results.

We have IntegrationHub available and have successfully set up the connection between ServiceNow and Confluence using the Confluence Cloud Spoke, authenticated via client ID and client secret.

Our end goal is to enable the Virtual Agent to query Confluence content through AI Search, so that these articles are also included in the results returned to users.

However, we haven't found a clear guide in the documentation outlining the next steps to:

configure Confluence as an external source for AI Search,

make this content searchable through the Virtual Agent.

Has anyone implemented a similar integration or can point us to relevant resources or documentation to proceed correctly?

Thanks in advance!

This should help... https://www.servicenow.com/docs/bundle/yokohama-platform-administration/page/administer/ai-search/ta... ... See the what to do next section at the bottom.

We're currently on the Yokohama version here, but I'm working on an instance running Xanadu.
Will this still work in my case?

@emanueledep External Content Connectors is supported for X as well. XP8+ and YP3+ are the family versions compatible.
here is the doc link to get started. I will share the connection creation doc link (it seems to be broken currently).

Please follow this to setup the connector, the links at the bottom of this page to continue further.
