Consumer vs Customer registration process

Guys , I am working on CSM OOB implementation and want to know registration/ onboarding process for Consumers and customers both..

For customers I see self registration option available in OOB CSM portal but for Consumers I don't see that option. Please help and route me to right direction.

Hello Kush Sharma,

This requires an additional plugin to be installed "com.sn_external_user_register", Upon installation of this plugin, you will be able to see the Register Button beside Knowledge button in /csp Portal. Mark my answer correct if this resolves your issue.
