create internal knowledge base

Hi. We have several public-facing knowledge bases and need to create one more kb that can only be viewed by logged-in staff users.

 

What is the best way to set up the internal KB so that it is invisible and inaccessible to the public?

Hello @robwhyte9829590 

Set cannot read and cannot contribute as Guest user 

This make sures KBs are not visible to public users.

 

You can use required criteria (something like active users or snc internal users) if it should be visible to all.
