Created a record by inbound action but not showing in list or Target field

Hello Team,

I have created a inbound action, when I send an email the inbound action is creating the case record which I can see on the email logs but the same record is not visible on the list or on the target field

Hi Sebastian,

Yes, I can see valid data on the target table and a sys_id on the instance field which is not exists on the target table.

Just to be sure, can you check the deleted record table if the record was for some reason deleted? If you have the admin role (and there is no domain separation or a similar solution) in place, you should either see the existing record or it has been deleted.

If the case is getting created but you are not been able to view, there might be a chance of some query business rule effecting. Please check.
