“Hello all, I’m transitioning from a Customer Success role into a more technical career path. I’ve been exploring ServiceNow and I’m interested in the CSA certification. Since it costs $300, I’d love to hear from the community—does this certification really improve job prospects for beginners, and is it worth the investment?”

Hi @ayushigupt0 ,
The answer is both yes and no. It will improve as this can be a requirement from many companies that you have at least some certifications, but it will defiantly not get you any job. I would state, if you have no administrator experience on the ServiceNow platform, then it would be good to take to get the basic understanding.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.

Hi @ayushigupt0 ,
Short Answer - It will help you in shortlisting your profile but in your interview your skills will speak. Only having certification will not guarntee about job but you need to have solid concepts and fundamentals, so both are important but second one is most important.
If my answer helepd you, please mark it - Solution Accepted.
