< Hi all 

 

I have a requirement to " Identify and block the users who repeatedly triggering the  spam email notification in Agent workspace".

 

How we can find out and which mechanism we use to solve this / prevent in future.

I don't understand your requirement. Can you please better explain how do you define the spam?

Is it related to Agent Workspace or emails in general?

Requirement : In Agent workspace some users some users are triggering excessive email notifications.so need to detect and block those users.

 

Solution should not include the email filters and domain filters.

The issue related to Agent workspace only.  the Agents are getting more spam emails from the users.. so  how can we ditect and block those users.

 

Challenge is : how to define it is spam.

If we define based on any aspect like domain/ frequency of those emails with same subject and some key words. how can we proceed with that ?

@thinkwithme and these spams are sent from existing users in the system?

Usually if the sender's email is in ServiceNow, if not, it is created under Guest. So you can take it from this side..
