CSM :Based on selection of category , Sub category should populate in blsp portal for record produce

HI All,

I have a requirement that , In record producer I have created 2 custom  variables

1)What's not working

2)We need little more information about issue 

 In first variable , created few of the categories So now based on that categories in second variable choices should be visible

Example : what's not working selection is "ALIS Employee Self-Serve: Now based on this in second variable 

The below choices should be visible

Banking

Forms

General

My Profile

Organization Chart

Password Reset

Pay Statements / T4

Registration

Employee Profiles

General

Organization Chart

Reporting

Please can someone help me on this

dear @Sravani  ,

This is easy to do, you can use the dependent value in subcategory field > configure dictonary / variable. You can refer the incident form field categoy and subcategory field.

in your case. open all the above listed sub-categroy in tab and in dependent field select > 'ALIS Employee Self-Serve'.

Similarly do it for all the categories you have...

or in sys_choice table you can set the fields dependencies...
