CSM Case list in portal

I Have to remove some fields in the case list present in CSM portal.. how can i do it?

Hi @pavan38,

 

This is easily achieved by simply configuring the list view in the 'Customer Self Service' view.

Navigate to the 'All' tickets under the 'Cases' in the 'Customer Service' Module via the Naviagtion men u as shown below.

Make sure you change the view to 'Customer Self Service' and configure the 'List Layout' as normal. (Right click on any of the column headers and simply remove / add the columns required.
