Is the on demand course for Customer Service Management (CSM) Essentials (Zurich) , purely based on the ebook and there are no learning videos or materials like for Xanadu ?

Thanks, Understood the ebook and the lab. Usually there are tabs within the on demand course page which have videos or text - is this no longer there in Zurich. I am cool to do the ebook and lab etc,. just wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong in my browser or screen.

Looks like I get it now - The Zurich version does not have explanatory modules, infact it asks to refer to the ebook - However you need to access the Lab from the Main course.
So be careful that you do not click on the next links as it auto marks as complete.
