CSM: interaction_related_record

Hello 

 

I found a strange behavior: 

If I create a "interaction" and based on this,  creating a "case",  based on "case" create a "incident", based on "incident" create a problem.   Every relation is saved in "interaction_related_record"

But if  I start with the "case"  into the workspace,  "interaction_related_record" - is not filled / updated

Summary:  same action   (create an incident for a case) different behavior,  depending on the way.

I believe it's out of the box platform behavior.

looks like it's platform workspace behavior

 

if you observe the URL the highlighted part below

that's because of that (sub/record/)
