CSM: One time password when registering a customer

Dear all,

 

I'm looking for the following: I need to add an extra security layer to the customer registration process in CSM, asking the user for a OTP / SMS, apart from the existing Customer ID. after submitting in csm_registration_custid page

Could anyone enlighten me how to do this, please?

Hi @Javier10,

 

I think you are looking to include MFA as an additional layer of security during the registration process, right? Are you also looking to have MFA for existing users whenever they need to log in to the portal?
