Csm portal header and menu not visible for external users

Hello,

For external users csm portal header and menu's are not visible in portal page with snc_external role.

Any additional roles required to display menus on csm portal page?

Hi @lucky6 ,

 

Navigate to Service Portal > Widgets 

And open the 'Header Menu' widget

Set Public to true

 This will make the CSM Portal Header available for external users

If you are missing any Menu item, navigate to Service Portal > Portals

Open the CSM Portal record, then open the Main Menu record by clicking on the 'i' icon and verify the conditions on the menu Items :
