How to set up activate customer portal at service now.

In your PDI, navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All. Find the plugin and then activate it.

For more information on using the All Applications page, see Activate a plugin.

 

Want to know if service portal and customer portal are same. Service portal is working fine.

Hi @uday021 ,

 

If you navigate to Service Portal > Portals, you can verify what are the portals active for you to use. 

The CSM Portal comes with the Customer Service Application, so it requires the Customer Service plugin to be installed. You can get this plugin following the steps mentioned by you. 

 

The main difference between the Service Portal and the Customer Portal is that the Customer Portal focus on customers ( contacts), external users to your organisation.
