CSM Query Rules

Hello, does anyone use CSM Query rules? I am trying to use them and maybe I am doing something wrong. I want for sn_customerservice_agent role , to see only cases that re assigned to him(dynamically)

First of all, property ‘sn_cs_queryrules.use_query_rules’ is set to ‘true’!

Then I found read  ACL for the role I want on this table, and the script is ok as you can see on the photo.

So when I log in as a user with sn_customerservice_agent role only, he can see cases that is not assigned to him. What am I doing wrong?
Thank you!

Hey @Vasilis Anastas ,

Can you confirm your business rules are still there to trigger the query rules?

If you can go to your BR and do a *Case Query and provide a screenshot I can help you debug this further.

You also may need to check all the different query rules on the case table to ensure there is no conflicts between each role.
