CSM Simulator - Create Account Teams

Hi,

 

I am stuck on this simulator task below, please help me solve this task by telling me what's wrong with my configuration because when I do the validation, the system says: 

Check account relationship From GSI Tech To ABC Corp.
Check account relationship From GSI Tech To ABC Corp USA.

 

The task instructions are:

GSI Tech is a partner of ABC Corp and ABC Corp USA.  GSI Tech has the responsibility to create and manage ABC Corp cases and related information.

As an Admin, set up GSI Tech so that GSI contacts have the ability to view and manage ABC Corp cases.

  1. Create a new Account Relationship From GSI Tech To ABC Corp so that GSI Tech is a partner of ABC Corp and ABC Corp is a customer of GSI Tech.
  2. Create another new Account Relationship From GSI Tech To ABC Corp USA so that GSI Tech is a partner of ABC Corp USA and ABC Corp USA is a customer of GSI Tech.

This is what I've done:

1. Creation of the Account Relationship From GSI Tech To ABC Corp and ABC Corp USA:

This is the record of GSI Tech To ABC Corp (It's the same as GSI Tech To ABC Corp USA)

2. Validation of the account relationship for  GSI Tech, ABC Corp and ABC Corp USA

Hi @Natalia_3era,

The account relationship type that you should use is already defined on the simulator instance.

Please register the account relationship from the related list of that record and try validating a task.

I have no Relationship Types in my simulator instance. My "Account Relationship Types" list is empty. I have created a new entry but my validation is failing.

@Lance Maurer . As earlier mentioned by Yu. 

Partner is already a defined relationship. So long as you have created the parent account ABC Corp, its child account ABC Corp USA and the Partner GSI Tech records. You can go


Customer Service > Customer > Partner Open the GSI Tech record. In the Related List click the Account Relationship Tab and click New. As show in the below image and make your selection.

If you use the Customer Service > Customer > Account - the relationship Type is empty under Parent or Child Account.

 

On the contrary if something is wrong with your lab instance you can repair same via

Lab Management > Repair System Properties

Lab Management > Repair Machine Learning Settings
