CSM Simulator - Create Account Teams

Hi,

 

I am stuck on this simulator task below, please help me solve this task by telling me what's wrong with my configuration because when I do the validation, the system says: 

Check account relationship From GSI Tech To ABC Corp.
Check account relationship From GSI Tech To ABC Corp USA.

 

The task instructions are:

GSI Tech is a partner of ABC Corp and ABC Corp USA.  GSI Tech has the responsibility to create and manage ABC Corp cases and related information.

As an Admin, set up GSI Tech so that GSI contacts have the ability to view and manage ABC Corp cases.

  1. Create a new Account Relationship From GSI Tech To ABC Corp so that GSI Tech is a partner of ABC Corp and ABC Corp is a customer of GSI Tech.
  2. Create another new Account Relationship From GSI Tech To ABC Corp USA so that GSI Tech is a partner of ABC Corp USA and ABC Corp USA is a customer of GSI Tech.

This is what I've done:

1. Creation of the Account Relationship From GSI Tech To ABC Corp and ABC Corp USA:

This is the record of GSI Tech To ABC Corp (It's the same as GSI Tech To ABC Corp USA)

2. Validation of the account relationship for  GSI Tech, ABC Corp and ABC Corp USA

Hi @Natalia_3era,

The account relationship type that you should use is already defined on the simulator instance.

Please register the account relationship from the related list of that record and try validating a task.

Go to Customer>account relationship types>partner

Click partner and go down to related lists and click new to add from: gsi tech to: abc corp and save and click new for another from: gsi tech to: abc corp usa and save.

Thank you very much. You are correct I attempted to create the relationship from the ABC Corp, Account relationship tab. When I did this and did not find a Relationship Type - I should have known something was wrong.  Instead, I created one and then the validation failed. Ha!
