CSM Simulator Task 4 Create Account Contact Relationships

Hi, I am stuck in this task in the CSM Simulator. It seems easy. The simulator keeps giving me the "Verify that the Contact Relationship has been created correctly."

The tasks are:

  1. Associate Ursula with the parent account, ABC Corp, by creating a new Contact Relationship: I created the following:

  2. Make the contact Ursula Vernon an Asset Contact of ABC Corp: I was able to create the following. But the Asset Contact was for a specific asset (the Apple Mac Book). Now, I wonder if the task is failing because there is an Asset Contact general role that covers all the assets in general? But I haven't been able to find such a role. It seems like Asset Contact is for a specific Asset. If the task is about assigning an Asset Contact to any asset, then this should be ok?

Going to the Customer Service > Customer > Accounts

Open the Parent Account (ABC Corp) in this case,  under the related list check for the  Contact Relationship open (sn_customerservice_contact_relationship) and the choose the Contact Ursula Vernon and the aResponsibility as asset contact

Going to the Customer Service > Customer > Accounts

Open the Parent Account (ABC Corp) in this case,  under the related list check for the  Contact Relationship open (sn_customerservice_contact_relationship) and the choose the Contact Ursula Vernon and the aResponsibility as asset contact

Wonderful, thanks, that worked. For some reason I had created the relationship from the Customer view or something, so when I was looking from the Account, the responsibility was empty and wouldn't let me update.
