CSM Workspace - New Tab Case Selector

When selecting the + button (chrome_tab) within CSM Workspace and choosing 'New Case', I want to force the Case Type Selector, the same way you would through the 'Create Case' buttons. How can this be achieved?

so you don't want users to see other case type and force always 1 ?

Hi Ankur - the opposite, I want it to force the Case Type Selector modal when selecting New Case from the +/new tab button

Hi @Ramya V - appreciate you sharing your article, however it only partially works. 
The selector get's pre-populated with 'null' and when you manually select the case type and select Create Case, it navigates to a blank screen.
