When selecting the + button (chrome_tab) within CSM Workspace and choosing 'New Case', I want to force the Case Type Selector, the same way you would through the 'Create Case' buttons. How can this be achieved?

Could you please check if there are active records in the sn_case_type table? I’m able to select a case type and create a case successfully on my end.
If no valid or accessible case types are configured, the selector may appear as null or navigate to a blank screen.
