Custom Created Activity does not populate data on Customer Activity tab of interaction

Custom Created Activity does not populate data on Customer Activity tab of interaction, whereas type phone and chat interactions show the records. Please refer the attachment for the same.
I have followed the documentation and created everything from scratch: Activity context group, activity type , facet and added lines of code to the create activity business rule to reflect the custom verbs and type.
