Hi Team,
I need to know if we can do trend By Duration field in reports in servicenow. I checked but I am not able to select or find any duration field to trend BY instead I can only see Date and Date/Time Fields. Is there any limitations on it?

Trends are based on timestamps (or date/timestamps), so indeed, you can't trend by Duration.
What is the business requirement for you to use a duration field to trend by?

I have created a custom field on Case table called as Case Duration which is of type duration. We want to do trend on that field in reports. Let me know if its possible?
