Good morning everyone!
We are creating an experience in the UI Builder for external users, and we have encountered an issue where these external users are unable to see the reports with the custom color palette we have defined for them. The report itself is displayed perfectly with the correct data, but the colors are the default ones provided by ServiceNow. However, we have another report where instead of specifying a palette, we directly select a color, and this one is displayed correctly. Does anyone know if this could be due to a missing role or permission for these users?
Thank you in advance for your help!

how is the report shared with external users?
Seems access control is restricting for the custom color palette
