For our internal users we are using Azure SSO and logging into servicenow using their email address.
Now we are trying to get our external users connected using Azure guest accounts but instead of using their email address we want to use the Object ID field from Azure. I created a new field on the user form for contacts and called it u_object_id so that the Azure object id field would update in servicenow. We are unable to see the object id information come into servicenow.
The identity provider "user field" is set to email.
Question: how do I configure our internal users to use their "email address" (which is currently working) but now I would like to configure our external Azure guest users to login with using their object id.
