I have set the default font and size for creating a Knowledge article to Arial 12 in both Article body and Restricted text. When choosing "Create an Article" or "Create New", the default font in the Article body and Restricted tex shows as Arial 12 as desired. Yet when I import an article, it comes in as Verdana 8pt in the Article body, the original font that was in the Create article form. Restricted text still shows as Arial 12.
The original text in the Word doc that was imported is Calibri (Body) 11.
Is there somewhere else I need to change the default font size for imported articles? We almost always import Word docs to create KB articles, so having this work on imported articles is very desirable and of limited usefulness on Create an article.
If a suggestion for a better practice, I'm all ears.
Thanks,
Trish

Hi Melanie, no I have not. I was advised this is an issue with the Knowledge article editor app called TinyMCE and I don't see any changes to this in Xanadu. Frustrating.

Experiencing the same issue in Yokohama and having font size reduce from 11pt to 8pt when imported from word. Has anyone logged a problem ticket about this and is there any potential fix to this.
