Details Page is blank when open record in CSM workspace after upgrade to UTAH

Hi Team,

 

After upgrade to UTAH in csm Workspace whenever we are opening the finance request it is not showing the detials.

Is the customised in your instance? if yes you may need to view the customisation you have done.

Else all the upgrade related issues should be highlighted to servicenow, you can open a HI ticket with them to get this fixed.

Still not resolved.You can raise a hi ticket with servicnow. They are also not able to resolve till now.
