A partner can report and manage cases on behalf of customers. A partner can also be a customer

 

An account relationship allows partner account contacts with the partner role or the partner administrator role to create and manage cases for their partner account.

Can I partner accountable to support any type of customer (B2B or B2C)?

Customer is B2B. With Accounts and Partners. An account can have Contacts.

Consumer is the entity used for B2C. Consumers can be a member of a Household.

 

As for Partners, they are related to a (customer) Account via an Account Relationship. That can only relate a Partner to an Account, and an Account to an Account. Not to a Consumer.

Hi,

customer:- customer is employee of company 

Account-  account is company

eg:- Amit is employee of apple company or we can say Amit is customer of Account

 

Partner:-Partner is who provide support for  manage the services

eg:- Life Insurance company + Accident Insurance Company are partner ,they provide service to Apple Company.
