Document Intelligence "Failed to process this task"

Hello everyone, everything good ?

Has anyone ever experienced this ? I'm trying to test Document Intelligence on a DEMO instance, but whenever I try to process a file it results in failed and gives the error message "Failed to process this task"

I created a table specifically for this task, I also created a new use case according to the documentation.

Hi All,

I just installed Document Intelligence in two of my sub-prod instances and I'm getting this same error message in both instances. "Failed to process this task" I followed the instructions to the letter. I'm not seeing anything in the logs that suggests why it's not working either. Seems to process, then the error just shows on the Document Task. We're on Washington DC.

Anyone find a solution yet?

Same issue here, after deploying a working solution from a demo-instance to a non-prod, document intelligence is not working in the non-prod env.
