Document Intelligence Process Task doesn't works and throws an error"Failed to process this task"

I have done the below steps on my PDI

1. Installation done for Document Intelligence Plugin

2. Navigated to Task Definitions > Created a Task Definition as Passport Use Case

3. Created 3 keys 

4. Navigated to Tasks > Created a Task > Attached a document > Click on Process Task

 

After waiting for some time for processing -> the error occurs as 'Failed to Process this task'

Can anyone please help me to solve this issue

Document Intelligence is not available on Personal Developer Instances PDI.

Hi Loic, I understand that DI is not available on PDIs but I just tried to set it up in separately in two different sub-prod instances I have and I'm getting the same issue when I try to process the Document Tasks "Failed to process this task". I watched your video setup guide and followed it exactly. Logs aren't informative so I'm pretty stuck. Any other guidance you can provide please?

I figured it out. On my instance, the sharedservice.worker user needed to have admin access. We have a very "mature" instance and it can be a bit quirky. My issue is resolved now.
