Dynamic translation of Targeted Communication

Hey all,

Hope you're doing well! I've got a question about dynamic translation in the context of targeted communications on ServiceNow. From what I gather, dynamic translation usually applies to notifications or task forms, like in the 'Additional comments' section.

However, targeted communications often rely on email templates rather than individual notifications. So, here's my question: Is it possible to implement dynamic translation for these targeted communications?

Any insights or workarounds would be super helpful. Thanks in advance!

This should really be in our i18n forum here,

Thinking about the question, this would be ideal as an artifact for the Localization Framework, probably on the [sn_publications_publication] table,

Thank you for returning on this question. I see that custom artifacts can be created to get this working. 
Do you know if there are any plans to support this OOTB, instead of introducing our own artifacts/solutions for this?.
