Edit filter for users with external users

We want to give access to the external users like the user role is "sn_customerservice.customer" for editing the filter or when the user clicks on the funnel icon he can filter on the "sn_customerservice_case" table and CSM portal.

 

Currently, other users with sn_internal, admin, csm_sw_integration, etc. roles are able to see the filter and edit the filter but the user with sn_external, sn_customerservice.customer, etc. roles are only able to see the filter icon but when they are clicked on the icon he can't edit the filter.

 

We have researched and made changes in related applied logic but it not working, please suggest.
