Email Client Template is not working Correctly

Hi Team,
We have created 2 blank email templates with the body which contains the logo/signature.
One is created on Case form and another on Order Task form.
The one for Case form is working fine. That is When we open any case record and click on email client option in the header we get to see the same logo in the body area of the message
Whereas the same when we see from order task from we are not able to see the logo in the body it comes as blank.
Attached are the screenshots of the email templates:

Now when we open the case record and click on Email option in the header we see as below:
Non Working case :
Now when we open the Order Task record and click on Email option in the header we see as below but no logo:
Can someone tell how to fix this?
