Error : request not sent to uri java.net.SocketException: Socket is closed on a HTTP call

Hi All,

I have set up the visa spoke into the system and testing the connection through rest api . but i'm getting error as request not sent to uri java.net.SocketException: Socket is closed . Could you please help me to resolve this problem
