Experiences - CSM/FSM Config w/sp missing UX page properties - can't change placement of Ribbons

Hi SNC 

I want to move the ribbon data from the Top to the Side in CSM/FSM configurable workspace. I know that I need to go into the Experience > CSM/FSM Configurable Workspace and have looked in the UX Page properties for the Ribbon & Record information so I can go in and change them from Header to Sidebar, however they do not exist! not sure why - any ideas where else I should look - this is UTAH

The sysId of record in my instance is 3D830b24d577322010ac04945caa106123. Check it in sys_ux_page_property table.

I've noticed that in some of the instances the property doesn't exist. So you can create your own. Use below as reference. In value you can use "sidebar" or "header"

This is not ok, spending hours and hours troubleshooting why stuff doesn't work. Turns out files just randomly goes missing without warning.
