Hello all.
I am trying to understand if the following optimisation opportunities would be feasible in the Virtual Agent space?
1. Remove / switch off the natural language bar from Virtual Agent.
2. Add a back button in Virtual Agent which would allow colleagues / customers to return to the previous option.

Hi,
I am uncertain about the specific items you are referencing. However, I would suggest considering the 'Conversation Interface' and 'Topic' properties, as well as utilizing fallback options to disable the NLU. Rather than incorporating a button in the Virtual Agent, it may be more effective to utilize the 'fallback' topic to return to previous items. The fallback feature is out-of-the-box, and if you wish to modify it to suit your needs, customization is available based on your requirements.
