 Some body told me the answer is B. The reason is from here(https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/xanadu-customer-service-management/page/product/customer-service-...
But the doc page only explain the customer(B2B) case. And didn't explain the  Consumer( individual )case.
Could somebody tell me about External customers can view the problem, change, and request records associated with their customer service cases from the Customer Service Portal?

B. Change Records and Request Records
