Facing issue in flow designer "Found mismatch in scope after flow engine done. resetting stack"

Hi community,

 

Here after submitting the request for a catalog item , it's not showing me the "show flow designer" related link in RITM. And in flow context it's showing me this in log entries " "Found mismatch in scope after flow engine done. resetting stack". Can anyone please help me with this. @Ankur Bawiskar

your catalog item and flow both should be in same scope.

Did you check that?

@Ankur Bawiskar both are in global application only .

is the REQ for that RITM getting approved?

Unless REQ is approved the RITM flow won't trigger

@Ankur Bawiskar yes it got triggered to approver and they approved it .
