Fields seen in list view not appearing in the case form view?

Hi Everyone, 

When I am creating a case through business rule two mandatory fields are not showing on the form but we have those on list view .

I have tried the same with rest api explorer then it is working as expected means it is showing on the form and list.

Can anyone help me on this....

Hi Lucy,

May be those fields are added from another table

Check it this property enabled :  "glide.ui.list.allow_extended_fields" is true

Hi,

Are you sure those fields are present in form layout of the view which you are checking?

Any UI policy etc is making those fields as non-mandatory and then hiding it?
