Fields seen in list view not appearing in the case form view?

Hi Everyone, 

When I am creating a case through business rule two mandatory fields are not showing on the form but we have those on list view .

I have tried the same with rest api explorer then it is working as expected means it is showing on the form and list.

Can anyone help me on this....

Hi Ankur, Those are reference fields and added in form layout .when I tested through rest api it is working fine but when I tried through business rule fields are hided from the form..

Hi,

Showing of field on list has no dependency around Business rule or REST API

what are the steps you are taking to verify this?
